The New Program Proposal application process is intended for any faculty that wishes to pursue the creation of a new study abroad program for Baylor University. This process is meant to guide you through the process from the beginning of the proposal to the date of departure.
This application process should be started as far in advance of the trip as possible. It is recommended to begin this process at least a year in advance of the proposed departure date.
All proposal documentation must have applicable signatures and be turned in to CGE no later than October 15 of the year preceding the intended first study abroad trip for the new program.
