EMBA Austin in Argentina requires all applicants to be currently enrolled in Baylor EMBA Austin to participate.
Baylor University offers a 21-month program in Austin, admitting up to a maximum of only 40 industry professionals each year. Knowledge gained in the classroom is immediately used by our students in their current careers. Classes are conveniently held on Monday and Thursday evenings, as opposed to other EMBA programs traditionally held on Fridays and Saturdays.

A minimum of five years of work experience with demonstrated managerial, budgetary or decision-making experience
An undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited university with an acceptable grade point average (GPA) and some quantitative course work
Motivation for a commitment to a rigorous graduate program, the ability to succeed in graduate studies, and the ambition for advancement in a professional career
The admissions committee considers candidate's work experience, transcripts, letters of recommendation, and potential for senior-level management. Applicants and their employers should consider the challenging nature of the program and the necessary time requirements.
