Baylor Business in Europe is a 35-day study abroad program which combines business majors with students from all fields of study across campus in a multi-disciplinary, multi-national program in the heart of Europe. It gives students an opportunity to take a six-hour, application-based course which will fulfill required or elective courses.
The dates for Baylor Business in Europe Summer 2016 are June 1, 2016 through July 5, 2016. BBE participants will hear from practicing business owners and executives in Europe, visit dynamic and expanding companies, and will be briefed at leading international organizations like the United Nations. The program will visit the cities of PRAGUE, VIENNA, SALZBURG, MUNICH, MILAN, INTERLAKEN, GENEVA, PARIS, CAEN, LONDON. Students will spend time in facilitated group discussions that span a broad range of business-related topics. In all its facets, this program emphasizes practice-focused and experience based learning.
The program includes a number of cultural visits to famous palaces, inspiring cathedrals, fabulous gardens, and world-class landmarks like the Eiffel Tower and Hitler's "Eagles Nest" in the Bavarian Alps. Participants will also be given sufficient free time in each city to plan their own excursions to attractions of personal interest.
Students enrolled in this program will receive six hours of Baylor credit.
